LOS ANGELES — The grand jury looking into rape charges against ‘That ’70s Show’ star Danny Masterson announced Friday that they had reached an impasse.

Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Charlene F. Olmedo asked the panel to return on Nov. 28 and try again.

“You didn’t think long enough,” Olmedo said before excusing them.

Masterson, who is accused of raping three women at his Hollywood Hills home between 2001 and 2003, faces up to 45 years in prison if convicted on all three counts of aggravated rape.

The seven-woman, five-man panel began its first full day of deliberations Wednesday, a day after Masterson’s defense team and prosecutors made their closing arguments in Los Angeles County Superior Court.

Masterson, 46, has denied all allegations made against him by three women who are former members of the Church of Scientology, to which the actor still belongs.
